What format is the clip in? Did you record it yourself by PVR on the computer?
Um once I know that I can tell you if what I suspect is wrong is wrong.
If the format is compressed AVI it will make a lot of sense because the codec will by DivX or XviD So if you get back to me on that and then I'll be able to help

Um yeah kind of. Can you also tell me what program/software etc. you are using? I use WinFast PVR but I don't know if the settings etc. on there will be the same. I also think that you would have had to set up the settings to record to DivX, XviD etc. because that isn't a standard format it's a custom one. Hmm. Unless your dad or anyone else in your family that uses that program has set it up as the default one I don't know. Could you perhaps do me some prnt screens so I can see the settings boxes, the config etc.? As I can't see what you can I'm working on guess work here.

How large is the file? Did you upload it to webspace or to yousendit or something? I could download it and have a little look see if you did.

Ok I downloaded the trial version so that I'm at least on the same wavelength as you. Though obviously seeing it on your screen is much more helpful because I can see what settings etc. you're on. PrtScn is on the same row as the F keys, if you have a new keyboard make sure that F lock is off otherwise it won't work. Basically you hit that key go to a program like paint and save it and then just upload it and sent it me like a normal image file. I have to go too now as it's past my bedtime and my mum is not best pleased with me ;D It's not my fault we had a powercut earlier and there were things that I had to finish.
