Multiple skins are a pain. I created one last weekend for a friends board and it dragged on all week making buttons that had been missed in the initial look through then changing the border colour to fit the colour scheme. Redoing part of the header because it was too large. I'm now attempting to do something similar for Holes and Chains (which could be why I'm here at nearly 1am : ;D So if anybody has any hidden knowledge about skins before it drives me up the wall mainly how to keep changing all the graphics in addition to the colours (which I think I have mastered) then please come on down ;D Thank god it's half term

Double posting to say that I've actually managed to install a new skin on the board along with a skin changer. Thinking about it as probboards skins sound like they work differently from invision I don't know why I'm saying this but if anybody needs any help with skins etc. I might be able to help ;D

Yours sound very complicated, lol! Sorry I haven't been on HaC for a while. I haven't forgotten. Well compared to proboards it is, very. I'd never looked at the proboards skin feature but just thought that I would as I haven't actually deleted either the Heartbeat board or the Spy Masters World board Anyway with proboards you click create skin and then choose all your colours that you want and then you can choose your images. You could create one in a minute like I did by choosing random colours, the end product made me nearly go blind but it's that easy. With InvisionFree to create a skin you need to take the default CSS and edit it and upload it someplace. This CSS has a label for every part of the board (that's as generic as row1, row2, pformstrip etc.) and change the colours. To change the images you need to create a JS document and then to be able to change the skins at all you need to install three hacks in the board wrappers section. Confused? I was. Hey no worries about when you can come on. I realised the other day that I'd posted about five times in the last month I visit everyday but I hardly bother to read posts either. The majority of them seem to be in the games thread and I can't keep up. I'm trying to think of ways that I can keep interest up in the discussion threads and aside from leading by example I'm all out ;D Flick how come your name is coloured?

Confused? I lolled! I have now been and updated. My name is in colour because I was asking Steve about changing the colour of members' names on my forum, to make them stand out more, and Steve was just experimenting, lol! ;D

I just noticed and wondered if it was a perk of having five stars. I also wanted to do the same to the mods and admin at HaC but I've worked out how to do that now. It's bold and underlined as colours when the colour changes with the scheme didn't work. ;D

Wasn't it blue before?? Indeed it was, Flick. Let me rephrase that: I've changed it back to default now.

They must have taken you ages!! Thank you Steve. ;D
